企业国际化与经营绩效:中国制造业上市公司的实证研究

摘　　要：探讨中国制造企业以出口为主的国际化经营行为,以中国329家拥有出口业务的制造业上市公司为样本数据来分析企业国际化程度与经济绩效的关系。通过多元线性回归分析,我们发现目前中国制造企业的出口行为对绩效产生了负向影响,以出口比例衡量的国际化程度与企业的销售净利率和总资产净利率显著负相关。This paper focuses on internationalized operation behaviors of the firms whose products are mainly for exporting. With data from 329 Chine listed manufacturing manufacturing firms in 2004, we get the following empirical results： the degree of internationalization （DOI） of the firms has a negative effect on the performance, and it demonstrates a significant negative correlation between the degree of internationalization （DOI） of firms measured by ESR and return on .sales （ROS） and ROA（return on assets）.
