摘 要:以新生苏太猪为研究对象,将其分为新生对照(N)、酪蛋白(C)和酶解酪蛋白(CH)3个组,每组均含正常和子宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)仔猪,以牛乳为基础日粮,C组和CH组分别以酪蛋白液和酪蛋白酶解液取代部分牛乳,探讨酪蛋白酶解产物对新生正常仔猪和IUGR仔猪肝脏蛋白质代谢功能发育的影响。结果表明:肝脏蛋白质含量,CH组和C组极显著高于N组,CH组显著高于C组,IUGR仔猪有高于正常仔猪的趋势。血浆尿素氮含量,CH组有低于C组以及正常仔猪有低于IUGR仔猪的趋势。肝脏谷草转氨酶活性,IUGR仔猪CH组显著高于C组,正常仔猪CH组有高于C组的趋势。结果提示酪蛋白酶解产物可促进新生仔猪肝脏蛋白质合成,对IUGR仔猪蛋白质合成代谢具有一定的补偿作用。The study examined the effect of casein hydrolysate on the functional development of proteometabolism in the liver of normal and intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) piglets. Thirty neonatal piglets were selected and equally divided into newborn group (N), casein group (C), and casein hydrolysate group (CH). There were five normal piglets and five IUGR piglets in each group. Piglets in groups C and CH were fed milk substituted casein and casein hydrolysate solution for cow milk, respectively. The piglets in group N were slaughtered and sampled after birth. Thepiglets in groups C and CH were fed for 3 days and then sampled. The results indicated that the contents of protein in liver in groups CH and C were significantly higher than that in group N (P〈0. 01). The contents of protein in liver in group CH were higher than that in group C (P〈0.05) and showed a tendency to be higher in IUGR piglets than that in normal weight piglets (NW) (P〉0. 05). The concentrations of plasma urea nitrogen in group CH showed a tendency to be lower than that in group C and the concentration of plasma urea nitrogen in NW piglets showed the tendency to he lower than that in IUGR piglets (P〉0. 05). The activity of GOT in the liver of IUGR piglets in group CH was higher than that in group C(P〈0.05) and the GOT in the liver of piglets in group CH of NW had the tendency to be higher than that in group C in NW piglets (P〉0. 05). In conclusion, the cabin hydrolysate could stimulate protein synthesis in the liver and had a role of catch-up growth in IUGR piglets.
