摘　　要：目的研究PTEN蛋白表达在食管癌发生发展中的生物学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测PTEN蛋白在87例食道癌组织中的表达水平。结果87例食管鳞癌中,PTEN阳性占48%。PTEN蛋白表达与TNM分期、肿瘤浸润深度有关。结论PTEN蛋白的表达缺失提示食管癌恶性程度较高,预后较差。PTEN蛋白的表达可作为判断食管癌预后的新指标。Objective To research the biological significance of the expression of PTEN in esophageal carcinoma. Methods 87 cases of esophageal carcinoma were evaluated by IHC technique with antibodies against PTEN, to find out the expression level of PTEN in esophageal carcinoma. Results 48% of 87 cases with squamous carcinoma expressed PTEN protein, The expression of PTEN has correlation with TNM staging, infiltration of tumor. Conclusion Depletion of expression PTEN protein hints high malignancy degree of esophageal carcinoma and poor prognosis. The expression of PTEN can be a new index to judge the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma patients.
