P-gp和Topo-Ⅱ在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨P-gp和Topo-Ⅱ在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用ElivisionTM plus方法检测正常子宫内膜、增生性子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌组织中P-gp和Topo-Ⅱ表达情况。结果:P-gp在正常子宫内膜、增生性子宫内膜及子宫内膜癌中的表达趋势升高,但差异无统计学意义,P>0．05。Topo-Ⅱ在增生性子宫内膜癌组织中的表达高于正常子宫内膜及子宫内膜癌组织。在子宫内膜癌组织中,P-gp和Topo-Ⅱ的表达均与病理分级有关,低分化子宫内膜癌组织中P-gp和Topo-Ⅱ的表达高于高分化子宫内膜癌组织,两者差异均有统计学意义,P值均<0．05。结论:子宫内膜癌组织中,P-gp和Topo-Ⅱ的表达差异可能参与了子宫内膜癌多药耐药机制;P-gp和Topo-Ⅱ可能是判断肿瘤患者预后的重要指标。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the expressions of Pgp and Topo- Ⅱ in endometrial carcinoma and their clinical significance. METHODS： P-gp and Topo-Ⅱ expressions were determined in normal tissue, hyperplastic endometrium and endometrial carcinoma by immunohistochemistry ElivisionTM plus. RESULTS： The increasing expression uptrends of P-gp in normal tissue, hyperplastic endometrium and endometrial carcinoma were deceted, but no significant differences were found among them. （P〉0.05）. The exoression of Topo-Ⅱ in hyperplastic endometrium was higher than that in normal endometrium and endometrial carcinoma, In endometrial carcinoma, the expressions of both P-gp and Topo- Ⅱ correlated with histological type, and the positive expressions of P-gp and Topo- Ⅱ in low differentiation endometrial carcinoma were higher than those in high differentiation tumor tissues. There was a significant difference in both of them（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： In endometrial carcinoma, the different expressions of P-gp and Topo-Ⅱ might participate in the muhidrug resistance mechanism. P-gp and Topo-Ⅱ would be good targets of estamitating the prognosis.
