摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素6（IL-6）在人嗜T淋巴细胞病毒I型相关性脊髓病／热带痉挛性瘫痪（HAM／TSP）发病中的意义。方法检测8例HAM／TSP患者血清和脑脊液中IL-6、IgG水平，与10例正常对照组（NC）比较。结果血清IL-6含量在HAM／TSP组、NC组中分别为（194．76±28．68）、（129．13±17．77）pg／ml，HAM／TSP组血清IL-6表达水平明显比正常组高（P〈0．01）。脑脊液IL-6含量在分别为（184．12±36.39）、（125．32±14．01）pg／ml。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。HAM／TSP患者血清IL-6与IgG呈线性正相关。IgG指数均〉0．7。结论IL-6在HAM／TSP发病机制中起重要作用，促进IgG表达上调，HAM／TSP可能是HTLV-1感染后引起的中枢神经系统脱髓鞘病变。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of interleukine-6 expression in patients with human T-lymphotropic vires type-l-assoclated myelopathy/tropical spastic paraparesis. Methods Interleukine-6 and immunoglobin G levels of 10 HAM/TSP patients were detected and compared to those of 10 healthy adults. Results Expressions of IL-6 were 194. 76 ± 28. 68 and 129. 13 ± 17.77 （pg/ml） in serum, 184. 12 ± 36. 39 and 125.32 ± 14. 01 （pg/ml）in CSF in HAM/TSP and normal control groups respectively. IL-6 in serum was positively correlated to IgG in HAM/TSP. The IgG index was more than 0. 7. Conclusion IL-6 played an important role in the pathological mechanism of HAM/TSP It promoted the expression of IgG. HAM/TSP may he the demyelinative disease after HTLV-1 infection.
