摘  要:以《纲要》为依据构建的“大学公共体育自主建构课程模式”,通过树立全面实施素质教育、强化育人的创新理念;建构体育课程的5个板块;设置面向全体学生的“一操一拳一泳”教学内容,对学校体育的课程模式与内容进行专门设计与严格控制,实现了发展理念和有效途径的成功对接。To cultivate and grow the social adaptation ability and stimulate the social development of the students is one of the course objects in the "PROGRAM". The independently constructing course mode of common physical education in universities, based on the "PROGRAM", by building up the innovative idea of all-round diathesis education and emphasis on personal education, constructing 5 loaves of physical education course, setting up student-oriented "One CAO-One QUAN-One YONG" (Fitness gymnastics, shadow-boxing, swimming), and specially designed and strictly controlled on the mode and content of the physical education course, realizes the successful combination between developing idea and effective approach.
