摘 要:采用文献资料法、调查研究法,对高校健美专项课专项考核内容与评价方法进行研究分析,提出健美专项课主要以平卧推举和负重深蹲作为专项技能考核内容,以学生克服自身体重作为评价学生健美专项练习的基本标准,以双臂屈伸、引体向上、仰卧起坐作为专项素质考核内容。尊重学生的个体差异,以学生挑战自我为目标,已逐步成为健美专项课专项考核评价方法的基本趋势。建议制订细化的易于教师和学生实际操作的评价表。According to investigation and analysis of the examination contents and evaluation method of body - building specific lesson in universities through the method of literary resources researching and investigating, the body- building specific lesson, especially the press with body laying and squat down with heavy should be adopted as the examination contents of specific technical ability, and overcoming the weight of students themselves should be used as the evaluation standard of body - building specific thrills and the arms curling and stretching and, body - lifting and abdominal curling should be included in the examination contents of specific talents. Respecting the student' s individual difference and taking self - challenging as teaching target have already become the main trend of evaluating method of the specific examination of body -building specific lessons. Finally, it makes a suggestion that a specific evaluation form that could be used conveniently for teacher and student in practice be established.
