河南省两城市高中生饮酒行为现况研究

摘　　要：目的了解河南省高中生饮酒行为的现况,从而为进一步研究高中生饮酒行为的影响因素和开展预防控制青少年饮酒的健康教育工作提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,在河南省郑州、信阳市6所高中(重点、普通和职高各2所)抽取2756名高一、高二学生,于2005年11月进行了匿名问卷调查。结果调查学生的饮酒率为56.5%,男生为67.0%,女生为46.6%;初始饮酒的平均年龄为13.1岁,26.4%的饮酒学生在过去1年中至少发生1次醉酒。大多数学生饮用国产啤酒,家庭是学生最容易发生饮酒行为的地方,最常见的饮酒情境是节日。结论虽然我国已经颁布了禁止未成年人饮酒的法律法规,但是本次调查的高中生仍有严重的饮酒行为和醉酒行为,因此建议有关机构采取更有力的措施来保障这些法律法规的实施,同时应在中学大力开展预防青少年饮酒的健康教育工作。Objective To study the status quo of drinking behaviors of senior high school students to provide the bases materials for studying the influencing factors on drinking behavior and the health education work for preventing alcohol abuse. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 2756 first-grade and second-grade students from six senior high schools （including 2 key schools, 2 general schools, and 2 vocational schools） in Zhengzhou City and Xinyang City of Henan Province selected by stratified and duster random sampling in November 2005. Results The drinking rate of the students was 56.5%. The male students＇ drinking rate was 67.0%, the female students＇ drinking rate was 46.6%. The average age at which they began drinking was 13.1 years old. 26.4% of the drinking students were heavily drunk at least once in the past year. A great number of students drank beer made in our country. They mostly drank at home in the holidays. Conclusion Although the laws of prohibiting the adolescents drinking have been promulgated in China, the drinking rate and heavily drunk rate among the investigated students is still seriousy. So we suggest that the governments should adopt stronger measures to carry the laws into execution and develop the health education work for preventing the adolescents drinking in the middle school.
