渗碳磨齿齿轮应用中的新问题

摘　　要：近１０余年来世界先进工业国家在硬齿面齿轮制造方面，由于材质和装备水平的提高，已越来越多地采用渗碳磨齿修形新工艺。简单介绍了宝钢在应用渗碳磨合齿轮中所遇到的问题，如设备加工能力的限制、集中润滑的粘度问题、齿面剥落、幅板焊接结构难度、齿面胶合强度计算公式不成熟、滚动轴承成为薄弱环节、箱体刚性相对较薄弱以及维修技术标准需要修订等问题。The gear carburizing-grinding-modifying stechnoligy has been more popularized because of its advantages.The article describes the problems encountered in the application of the carburized and ground gears in Bao steel,such as the machinihg capacity limit of existiong equipment,viscosity of centralized lubrication,gear face flaking-off,steel plate welding,unproved calculating formula for gear face-catching strength,weakness in rolling bearings,gear house rigidity ad well as necessary revision of maintenance norms and so on.
