溃结宁合剂对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血流变学及组织损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨溃结宁合剂对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血液流变学和组织损伤的影响。方法采用2,4-二硝基氯苯合醋酸复合法UC大鼠模型,将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、柳氮磺胺吡啶对照组及溃结宁高、中、低剂量组,取血测血流变指标,取结肠组织作病理检查。结果溃结宁各治疗组及SASP组对UC大鼠血流变和组织损伤有明显的改善作用。结论溃结宁可通过改善血液粘滞性而减轻UC大鼠结肠黏膜的损伤,达到治疗的目的。Objective To probe into the effects of Kui Jie Ning mixture on the hemorbeology and tissue lesion of the rots with ulcerative colitis. Methods UC Rats model was made by 2,4 - dinitrochlorobenzene with acetic acid. The rats were divided into normal group, model group, salazopyrin control group and high, middle, and low dose of Kui Jie Ning groups. The blood was taken to determine the bemorbeology index. The colic tissue was taken for pathological examination. Results The hemorbeology and tissue lesion of the therapeutic groups with different doses of Kui Jie Ning and SASP group were obviously improved. Cool.ion Kui Jie Ning can reduce the colic mucous lesion of UC rats by improving blood viscosity to reach the aim of treatment.
