摘 要:目的:研究鱼腥草不同部位(器官)挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取鱼腥草 W01—100叶、地上茎和地下茎的挥发油,并用 GC—MS 法对各化合物进行鉴定,峰面积归一法测定各成分含量。结果:从鱼腥草叶、地上茎和地下茎中共鉴定出化合物27种,其中共有化合物15种,分别占各器官挥发油总量的66.83%,94.55%,92.10%。叶中挥发油以癸醛、β-月桂烯、β-水芹烯为主;地上茎挥发油以甲基正壬酮、β-月桂烯、β-水芹烯为主;而地下茎挥发油则以甲基正壬酮、β-蒎烯、β-水芹烯为主。结论:鱼腥草不同器官挥发油化学成分组成基本一致,但各成分含量存在一定差异。Objective :To study the chemical constituents of the essential oils from different parts (organs) of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. Method:Essential oils were obtained by steam distillation from the leaves, terrestrial stems and subterranean stems of H. cordata W01 - 100. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC - MS,and the relative content of each constituent was determined by area normalization. Results: Twenty - seven chemical constituents were identified,and 15 chemical constituents were the same in the leaves,terrestrial stems and subterranean stems,which took up 66. 83% ,94. 55% and 92. 10% of the essential oil of each organ, respectively. Decanal, β - myrcene and β-phellandrene were found to be the major constituents in the leaf essential oil,while 2 -tmdecanone, β- myrcene and β - phellandrene in the terrestrial stem essential oil and 2 - undecanone, β - pinene, β - phellandrene in the subterranean stem essential oil,respectively. Conclusion:The results show that different organs posses almost the same essential chemical constituents but the different relative contents.
