摘  要:综述介绍以德国为主的欧洲工业国在并联运动机械(PKM)应用方面的研究成果与最新进展。德国以工业应用为中心进行PKM研究,一般均由大学与公司共同参与设计、研制并开发样机;样机实验使用过程中,不断改进完善,直至PKM商品化投入市场。据报道,目前全世界共有PKM产品或样机模型200余种,应用获得较成功的也超过40余种,这些PKM的自由度为3~6,早期的大多数为6,目前3自由度PKM增多,主要集中在以德国为主的欧洲国家。目前,在行业上PKM主要应用于模具制造、航空制造、汽车及成型技术等领域,在具体的加工上,除了主要用于铣削加工外,还用于车削、去毛刺、激光切割、水切割、柔性成型等工艺。This paper introduced in summary the research achievements and the newest progresses on the application aspect of Parallel Kinematical Machinery (PKM) in the European industrialized countries with stresses upon Germany. The PKM research was carried out in Germany by taking the industrial application as the core. The design, development and opening-up of prototype were generally achieved all by joint participation of universities and manufacturing companies. During the course of test and application the prototype will be improved and perfected unceasingly until the PKM has been commercialized and put into the market. It is reported that currently there are all together more then 200 kinds of PKM models or prototypes, products all over the world, in which those obtained comparatively success in application have exceeded more than 40 kinds. The degree of freedom of these PKM is 3 ~ 6, most of them were 6 in the early days but recently the PKM with 3 degree of freedoms are increasing in number and mainly concentrated in the European countries that take Germany as the chief. At present the PKM has mainly been applied to the fields of industries of die making, aviation manufacturing, automobile and modeling technology etc. In the respect of concrete machining besides being applied mainly to the milling processing the PKM has been applied to technologies of turning, burrs removing, laser cutting, water cutting and flexible modeling etc.
