摘　　要：目的探讨结、直肠癌并发急性结肠梗阻病例的外科处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院自2002-2005年收治的85例结、直肠癌并急性结肠梗阻病例。结果85例患者均经手术治疗，术后81例痊愈出院，4例死亡，出现并发症26例。结论结、直肠癌并急性结肠梗阻的处理要根据病人的全身情况和肿瘤的局部情况，合理选择外科治疗。Objective To investigate the therapeutic method of surgical management of acute colon obstruction caused by colorectal cancer. Method 85 patients in our hospital from 2002 to 2005 with acute colon obstruction caused by colorectal cancer were analyzed retrospective in the clinical date . Result Every one of 85 patients underwent an operation , 81 patients were healed , 4 cases were dead and Complications occurred in 26 cases .Conclusion Surgical treatment of acute colon obstruction caused by colorectal cancer depends on general condition of patients and local manifestation of the cancer , select the reasonable surgical procedures and operative treatments.
