外障眼药水的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立外障眼药水的质量标准。方法对制剂中的黄连进行薄层色谱法鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果薄层色谱法检出盐酸小檗碱；盐酸小檗碱在0．2425μg～1．94μg线性关系良好，相关系数r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．98％，RSD=1．00％（n=9）。蛄论该方法简便、灵敏，重现性好，可用于控制外障眼药水的质量。Objective To establish the quality standard for Waizhang eye drop. Methods： TLC was applied identify Rhizoma coptidis in this prescription, and the content of Berberine hydrochloride in the eye drop was determined by HPLC. Results Berberine hydrochloride was detected by TLC, the linear range of Berberine hydrochloride was 0.2425 μ g-1.94 μ g, r=0.9999 and the average recovery was 99.98%（n=9）and RSD=1. 00%. Conclusion the methods of identification and determination are simple, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used effectively for the quality control of this medicine.
