囊虫病患者血清sIL－2R、TNFα、IL－6和IL－8的测定及临床意义

摘　　要：本文检测了３０例囊虫病患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）、肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦα）、ＩＬ－６和ＩＬ－８的水平。结果显示，患者血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ量为４４７．１２±１１３．３７ｕ／ｍｌ，ＴＮＦα为０．６６±１２ｎｇ／ｍｌ，ＩＬ－６为０．１７５±０．０２３ｎｇ／ｍｌ，ＩＬ－８为０．６１２±０．０７２ｎｇ／ｍｌ，均显著高于正常组。初步分析了这些细胞因子的水平与疾病的关系。Levels of soluble IL-2 receptor(sIL-2R)、tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα)、IL-6 and IL-8 in sera were detected in 30 patients with clinicallv-confirmed cysticercosis. The results showed that levels of slL-2R(447.12±113.37μ/ml),TNFα(0.66±0.12ng/ml),IL6(0.175±0.023ng/ml) and IL-8(0. 612±0.072ng/ml) of patients are remarkably higher than those of healthy individuals respectively.This article suggested that the values of sIL-2R、TNF-α、IL-6 and IL-8 are of great importance in course of cysticercosis development.
