摘　　要：目的:探讨康复新液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的近期疗效。方法:86例RAU病例随机分为2组,实验组用康复新液治疗,对照组用本院制剂口腔溃疡软膏局部涂抹,根据中华口腔医学会口腔黏膜病专业委员会制定的"RAU疗效评价试行标准"评价其疗效。结果:实验组和对照组的溃疡持续时间和疼痛指数及疗效的差异性均有统计学意义。结论:康复新液对RAU的治疗效果较口腔溃疡软膏佳,可以作为临床上治疗RAU的首选药物。Objective：To study the Short-term effect of kangfuxin solution on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer.Method： 86 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were divided into two groups randomly. The test group were treated with kangfuxin solution; the control group were treated with oral ulcer ointment made by Beijing Stomatological Hospital, Capital University of Medical Sciences. Then the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the criteria for recurrent aphthous ulcer established by the Chinese Stomatological Association.Result： The difference of the ulcer duration and pain index between the test group and the control was significant statistically.Conclusion：The Short-term effect of kangfuxin solution on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer is better than that of oral ulcer ointment, so kangfuxin solution can be used as an effective drug to RAU.
