摘  要:介绍了UniFed SBR工艺的生物脱氮除磷原理,并以Visual C++语言作为开发工具,以微机、I/O卡等作为主要硬件设备,开发了采用空气堰排水的UniFed SBR工艺的微机自动控制系统,实现了对该工艺的时序控制以及过程优化控制。该自控系统不仅适用于UniFed SBR工艺小试、中试研究,而且为生产性UniFed SBR工艺自控系统的开发提供了一种新的方法和思路,具有很强的实践意义和应用价值。介绍了微机自动控制系统的结构(软、硬件组成和功能)和主要控制流程。Based on the traditional SBR process, a new type of biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal process -- UniFed SBR process was developed. The personal computer auto-control system of the UniFed SBR process incorporating the nutrient removal and the air weir principle was developed using Visual C + + language on personal computer and input/output card. The sequential and process optimization controls of the process were realized. The auto-control system may be used in both lab-scale and pilot-scale studies of the UniFed SBR process, and can provide a new method for the development of the auto-control system in a full-scale wastewater treatment plant using the UniFed SBR process. The configuration including software and hardware constitution and function and main control flow chart of the personal computer auto-control system were introduced.
