补肾化痰中药对烟熏大鼠慢性支气管炎模型下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾化痰中药对烟熏大鼠慢性支气管炎模型下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴的影响。方法:取Wistar大鼠72只,随机均分为正常对照组、模型组、气管炎咳嗽痰喘丸组和补肾化痰大剂量组、小剂量组及自然恢复组。采用香烟烟雾吸入法建立大鼠慢性支气管炎模型,采用放射免疫法测定血清睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)及泌乳素(PRL)的含量;观察睾丸组织病理形态学变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组和自然恢复组大鼠睾丸严重萎缩变性,血清T、LH、FSH水平显著下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),经补肾化痰中药治疗后,血清T、LH、FSH水平显著提高(P<0.05),睾丸的病理改变也得到不同程度的恢复,但血清PRL水平各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾化痰中药对烟熏慢支大鼠下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴具有调节作用。Objective： To probe the tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum Chinese medicine＇s influence on hypo- thalamus - hypophysis - gonadoaxle of smoked rat. Methods ： 72 healthy male Wistar rats are randomly divided into six groups： the normal group for comparison; the chronic bronchitis modeled group; the Qiguanyan Kesoutanchuan pilled group; the dosed great amount of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum Chinese medicine group ; the dosed little amount of tonifying - kindey and eliminating - sputum Chinese medicine group and the natural recovery group. Adopting the method of sucking cigarette smoke to set up a model of chronic bronchitis rat; adopting Radio - immunoassay（RIA） to determine the content of T, LH, FSH and PRL, testis cutpiece and He - dye; observing the shape - pathology Change. Results：Compared with the normal group, male Wistar rats＇ testis in the chronic bronchitis modeled group and the natural recovery group, seriously atrophy and degenerates, serum -T, LH and FSH noticeably decrease （P 〈0.01 or 0.05） ; After treatment of the tonifying - kindey and eliminating - sputum Chinese medicine, serum T, LH and FSH noticeably decrease （ P 〈 0.05）, testis＇ pathology change also differently recover, serum PRL hasnt noticeable difference in six groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion ： The smoked male Wistar rat with hypothalamus -hypophysis -gonadoaxle, its function is unnormal and they are noticeably connected . The tonifying - kindey and eliminating - sputum Chinese medicine has regulating function on hypothalamus - hypophysis - gonadoaxle.
