摘  要:目的:以细菌生物膜(bacterial biofilm,BF)致病菌造大鼠细菌性阴道病模型,用复方百肤青治疗,观察细菌生物膜的产生以及治愈后复发率,探讨中药体内的抗生物膜作用,为预防细菌性阴道病(bacterial vagino-sis,BV)的复发,解决BV复发率高的问题提供依据。方法:用从BV患者阴道分泌物分离得到的加特纳氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌制成混合菌液,经体外培养证实能产生BF。用混合菌液造大鼠细菌性阴道病模型经不同浓度百肤青治疗,观察生物膜的形成及治愈后复发率。结果:最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentra-tion,MIC)浓度的百肤青能控制BF的形成和BV的复发。结论:中药复方百肤青由于其有抗BF的作用,不仅可用于治疗BV,还有预防BV复发的作用。Objective : To induce the rat model of bacterial vaginosia with biofilm bacteria, and to observe the bacterial biofilm formation And the recurrence rate, to explore the effects of traditional Chinese herbs on fighting biofilm in vivo, and to provide basis for preventing bacterial vaginosis and decreasing the recurrence rate. Methods: To form mixed species biofilm of Gardnerella vaginalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureas isolated from vaginal discharge of the patients with bacterial vaginosis, to induce the rat model of bacterial vaginosis with mixed bacteria and deal with the eondition by compound Baifuqing, And to observe the biofilm formation and the recurrence rate. Results : MIC of compound Baifuqing can inhibit the biofilm formation and the recurrence of bacterial vaginosis. Conclusion: the compound Baifuqing can be used for treating and preventing recurrence of bacterial vaginosis as a result of combating biofilm.
