中药在鼻咽癌放疗中的作用机制简析

摘　　要：中药在鼻咽癌放疗中发挥着西药不可替代的作用,可通过清除氧自由基、保护DNA;抗菌、消炎;降低血液黏度、改善微循环、促进修复;减轻骨髓功能抑制、促进造血和保护机体器官;提高机体免疫功能;诱导鼻咽癌细胞凋亡或直接杀伤肿瘤细胞而达到减轻放疗的毒副反应、增加放疗的疗效、提高生存率和生存质量的作用。Chinese medicinal herbs have a special effect that cannot bereplaced by western medicine in the treatment for nosopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）. By means of clearing up oxyradical and protecting DNA, antisepticising and disinfecting,lowering the viscosity of blood to improve microcirculation （MC） and promote reparation, relieving the inhibition of marrow function to promote baernatogenesis and protect the organs, strengthening the immune function of the body and inducing the NPC cell to die or killing the tumor cell （TC） directly,Chinese medicinal herbs can relieve the side-effect of radiotherapy,increase the curative effect of it and raise the survival rate and living quality of patients.
