保罗样激酶1表达对胃癌的生物学行为及预后判定的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨保罗样激酶1（plk1）在胃癌组织中的表达情况以及与胃癌临床病理指标、患者预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学回顾检测plk1在89例切除胃癌组织中的表达，分析其与胃癌临床病理学指标的关系；并分析on,1表达与患者生存的关系。结果plk1在胃癌组织中的阳性率为42．7％（38／89），明显高于邻近非癌组织的13．5％（12／89）（P〈0．01）。plk1基因表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期密切相关（P〈0．05）。plk1表达阳性患者的预后明显较阴性患者差（P〈0．05）。结论plk1基因可能在胃癌发生发展中起促进作用，其过表达程度可作为胃癌的某些生物学行为及判定预后的新的参考指标。Objective To identify the expression of polo like kinase 1 （plk1） and to discuss its relationship with the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis in gastric carcinoma. Methods Plkl protein expression levels in 89 cases of resected gastric carcinomas were detected by immunohistochemistry method, the relations between plkl expression levels and the survival periods were estimated by Kaplan-Meier curve. Results The positive rate of plk1 expression in gastric cancer tissues was 42.7% （38/89）, significantly higher than that （13.5%） in the adjacent noncancerous tissues （12/89） （P〈 0.01 ）. The expression levels of plkl were closely related to tumor differentiation,invasion and TNM stage （P〈0.05）. Patients with plkl-positive expression had worse prognosis than those with plk1-negative expression in gastric cancer patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Plk1 may promote carcinogenesis and gastric cancer development, its overexpression can be a novel marker for diagnosing certain biological behaviours and predicting prognosis in gastric cancer.
