摘　　要：目的探讨生存素(survivin)在卵巢移行细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化的方法检测生存素在36例卵巢移行细胞癌和25例正常卵巢组织中的表达,并评估其与各临床指标以及预后的相关性。结果生存素在卵巢移行细胞癌组织中阳性表达率为80.6%(29/36),在正常卵巢组织均不表达(P<0.01);卵巢移行细胞癌生存素表达与预后有相关性(P<0.05)。结论卵巢移行细胞癌生存素高表达患者预后较差。Objective To study the expression of a novel apoptotic inhibitor, survivin, in ovarian transitional cell carcinoma（TCC）. Methods Survivin protein expression was detected in 52 ovarian TCCs and 25 normal ovarian tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results Survivin protein expression was detected in 80. 6 % （29/36） ovarian TCCs, but no expression in normal ovarian tissues（P〈 0.01）. Overexpression of survivin protein was significantly related to the poor prognosis of ovarian TCC patients （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Survivin plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of ovarian TCCs.
