摘 要:目的:观察安体欣对16Hz,130dB次声连续作用后,大鼠脑、肺组织SOD活性及MDA含量的影响.方法:预服不同剂量的安体欣后,用16Hz,130dB次声连续作用2h/(次·d)×14次,分别于作用后0.5h观察大鼠脑、肺组织SOD活性及MDA含量.结果:次声作用后,动物脑、肺组织SOD活性和MDA含量升高(P<0.01),预服安体欣后使脑、肺组织SOD和MDA含量下降.结论:次声确可影响体内自由基代谢,安体欣可以减轻有害的自由基反应.AIM: To observe the effect of ANTIXIN on the serum SOD activity and MDA content in the tissues of lung and brain of the rats exposed to the continuous infrasound of 130 dB (16 Hz). METHODS: Taking different doses of ANTIXIN orally in advance, the rats were exposed to the continuous 130 dB (16 Hz) infrasound for 14 d (2 h/d). Half an hour after each exposure, the serum SOD activity and MDA content of the rats were observed respectively. RESULTS: The SOD activity and MDA content in tissues of lung and brain of the animals exposed to the infrasound increased (P 〈 0. 01 ). When the rats took ANTIXIN orally in advance, the SOD activity and MDA content in tissues of lung and brain decreased. CONCLUSION: Infrasound can surely affect the metabolism of the free radicles in organism. ANTIXIN can extenuate the harmful free radical reactions.
