摘 要:①目的探讨单克隆抗体免疫分型及超微结构对非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)分型诊断的意义。②方法在病理分型基础上,采用间接免疫荧光技术对NHL进行免疫分型;应用透射电子显微镜对NHL进行细胞超微结构观察。③结果30例NHL病人中,有18例进行了免疫分型,呈现出B或T细胞标记阳性,B和T细胞标记均阳性,非T非B3类表型。低、中度恶性NHL。免疫表型多见于B_Ⅲ,B_Ⅳ型,而高度恶性NHL免疫表型多见于B_Ⅲ,B_Ⅳ,T,型,免疫分型与病理分型的恶性程度一致。30例NHL的电镜观察显示,80%病人电镜分型与病理分型一致,其余20%电镜与病理分型不同,经反复比较分析,结果以电镜分型更为准确。结果表明,NHL是一组具有高度异质性的恶性肿瘤,其异质性表现为病理、免疫及超微结构等方面的多样化改变,并与细胞分化密切相关。④结论病理分型结合免疫分型及电镜观察,有助于NHL的分型诊断。Objective To explore the clinical significance of ultrastructural observation and immunological classification of non-hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL). Method 30 cases of NHL were classified by indirect immunofluorecence technique and observed under transmission electron microscope. Result 18 out of 30 NHL were typed with immunofluorecence technique. The results showed that high differentiated NHL belonged to Bi ,Biv type, while the low differentiated NHL belonged to Bv , Bvi and T type. The immunological classification was in accordance with the pathological calssification under light microscope. The ultra-stuctural classification of 24 out of 30 NHL showed the same results with their histological classification. Conclusion A combination of histological, immunological and ultrastructural classification of NHL is more helpful and accurate for NHL typing.
