摘　　要：不育系03A是用野败型不育系丰A与优质早稻品种赣早籼49号进行回交转育的一个早熟籼型不育系。该不育系在不同气候条件下的花粉镜检和套袋自交结实的调查结果表明:典败99.2%,圆败0.78%,染败0.02%,无正常染色花粉粒,不育株率和不育度均达100%。03A株高约54cm,播始历期43-66d,叶片9-11叶,感温性强,千粒重约23g;配合力较强,可配制早、中、晚稻组合;开花习性好,柱头粗大,外露率高(80.4%-91.0%),且几乎不受温度的影响,活力强,异交结实率达80%以上;品质好,7项指标达部颁一级米品质,垩白少;对稻瘟病的抗性较好,经人工接种和自然鉴定中抗稻瘟病;后期落色,种子呈长粒形、饱满,裂颖少,且壳色好。Premature early indica rice sterile line- 03A was bred through backcross between wild abortive sterile llne ＂Feng A＂ and good quality early rice Ganzaoxian 49. The investigation result of the pollen microscopic examination and bagging burliness of sterile line under different climate condition showed that typical pollen abortion rate is 99.2 % , spherically abortive pollen rate is 0. 78%, and stained abortive pollen rate is 0. 02%. 03A has no normal pollen, whose sterile plant rate and sterility all reached 100%. The plant height is about .54cm, duration from sowing to initial heading is 43 -66 days. The single plant has 9-11 leaves, is strongly sensitive to temperature, 1000 - grain weight is 23 gram, combining ability is strong. 03A can be used to breed early, middle and late combinations. 03A has good flowering habit, big stigma, high stigma extrusion rate （80.4% - 91.0% ）, few temperature in- fluence on stigma, strong pollen activity, outcross setting rate reached above 80%. 03A has good rice quality, seven rice standards reach the first rice quality level, less chalky rate, good resistance to rice blast, middle - resistance to rice blast （ under artificial and natural inoculation）, long and full seed type, few cleft glume and perfect grain color.
