摘　　要：基于国家自主创新的战略目标,分析了大学科技园的内涵、功能与园内的组织类型,探讨了大学科技园在国家自主创新中的演化路径,分析了大学科技园在国家自主创新中的作用表现,并且系统地探究了大学科技园在国家自主创新中的内在机制,最后提出了几点建议。Based on the strategic goal of national innovation, the paper analyzes the connotation, functions and structural organizations inside. Then it discusses the evolvement path of university technological park in the national innovation. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the effecting representation of university technological park serving national innovation, and it probes into the interior mechanism. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions.
