摘　　要：以vonHippel为主要代表的国外创新专家通过长期深入细致的调查、观察和研究,在创新源理论和用户创新研究方面取得了丰富的成果,对他们在用户创新、领先用户和用户创新工具箱等方面的研究进行了梳理和评述,指出进一步发展和完善的研究方向。User innovation is a very important research field in the innovation theory of firm. Foreign innovation experts, Eric yon Hippel as a representative scholar, have achieved breakthrough on research of the theories of the sources of innovation and user innovation. This paper summarizes and reviews their research about user innovation, lead users and innovation toolkits in detail and profoundly. I hope it can provide good base and give directions for further research on user innovation for Chinese scholars. And also it can provide effective guidance for finns to identify lead users effectively and take full advantage of lead user knowledge and improve innovation efficiency.
