摘　　要：基于模糊分析理论对技术创新基金项目评价问题进行了研究,运用模糊Delphi法和模糊数的Ching-Hsu Chen变异系数排序法,建立了技术创新基金项目从优选择的多人多准则模糊评价分析模型。This paper is based on fuzzy analysis theory to research the evaluation of the technological Innovation fund projects;Using the fuzzy Delphi method and the ching-hsu then coefficient of variation （CV）method ,we give a fuzzy evaluation method which be used in muhiperson and muhicriteria selection of the technological Innovation fund projects. Providing reference for the actual evaluation .
