“中关村指数”评价体系及其对我国科技园区发展的启示

摘　　要：以“中关村指数”为研究对象,结合中关村科技园区内的企业实例,对中关村指数提出的背景、构成、变化趋势及其高新技术产业发展的影响等进行剖析,以期为科技园区的评价提出一条新的途径,同时对我国高新技术产业的发展提供重要的理论指导和政策建议。At present, the development degree of science and technological park has become the main evaluating index about our country＇s high-tech industry. Traditionally, the evaluating index mainly includes productivity, expert and some other index. But it can＇t reflect the really comprehensive capacity of the science and technological park. Therefore, the concept of Zhong Guancun Index （ZGI） becomes a new solution for science and technological park evaluating. This paper conducts a comprehensive research on the ZGI from the perspective of background, structure, trend and the influence on high-tech industry in Beijing. Through the above analysis, we hope it could be helpful for our country＇s high-tech industry development.
