摘　　要：分析了竞争性企业间合作的三种关系,即竞争主导型、合作主导型以及竞合对等型关系的选择机理。结果发现,市场规模小的高新技术产业,伙伴关系倾向竞争主导;市场规模大的传统产业,倾向合作主导;而市场规模大的高新技术产业以及市场规模小的传统产业,伙伴关系趋于竞合对等。最后对每种合作关系的组织模式提出建议。This paper analyzes the choice mechanism of three kinds of relations, competition-oriented, cooperation-oriented and co-opetition relations. Results find that, cooperative relations in high-tech firms with small market scale tend to be competition-oriented; cooperative relations in traditional industry firms with large market scale tend to be cooperation-oriented,and high-tech firms with large market scale, or traditional industry firms with small size tend to be co-opetition. Finally, this paper proposes organization modes to manage each kind of relation.
