摘　　要：把模糊综合分析法引入到成本决策模型中去,使企业在进行成本决策时不仅考虑到企业内部因素,还考虑到企业外部环境,以达到经济利润与社会效益之和最大化的目的,并且通过算例验证了模型的有效性和合理性。This paper draws the blurring evaluation into the model of cost decision, thus the enterprises can blance factor of the interior and exterior when they make decisions, so as to gain the max of social benefit and economic utility, and prove the usefulness and reasonableness by casus.
