摘　　要：论述了ACC合成酶的分子生物学研究进展,阐述了系统1乙烯和系统2乙烯形成过程中ACC合成酶基因的表达特点。The research progress in the molecular biology of ACC synthase of plant, a key enzyme involved in ethylene biosynthetic pathway, was reviewed in this paper. Particularly, the expression pattern of the gene encoding ACC synthase was overviewed dufing the system 1 and system 2 of ethylene formation in plant.
