摘　　要：归纳了组织培养中污染原因及不同污染原因所造成的表观现象,并概括了解决外植体引发污染的方法。The main focus in this article was to summarize the reasons of contamination, the apparent phenomena of different causes of contamination, and the method how to prevent the contamination from the explant in plant tissue culture.
