当前农村干群矛盾的影响因素分析

摘　　要：在建设社会主义新农村的进程中,农村干群关系出现了新的变化。分别从村干部和村民的角度分析了影响当前农村干群矛盾的主要因素,并提出了转变村干部职能,完善和强化村干部的激励和监督机制及提高村民能力和地位等缓解干群矛盾的措施和建议。In the constructing process of the new socialist rural, the contradiction between cadre and masses shows new representations, In this article the main factor influencing the current contradiction was analyzed from the aspects of cadre and masses, Furthermore, the applicable proposals that can deal with the problems were put forward, such as transfer of the function of cadre, the motivation mechanism and supervision ,nechanism, as well as improvement of the ability and the position of masses.
