摘　　要：阐述了繁忙干线提速施工的特点，结合上海铁路局在提速施工组织中总结出的经验，就提速施工封锁方式、挚锁日期、封锁点和封锁期间的行车组织等问题进行了探讨，提出了2d一个施工周期、上下行施工地段分别封锁、每2个～3个站的同方向结合在一起施工、施工封锁点选择在上午等观点。This paper illustrates the characters of busy trunk line＇s speed increasing construction, discusses the problems of blockading mode, blockading date, blockading point and traveling crane organization during the blockade in speed increasing construction combined with the experiences summarized by Shanghai railroad bureau in speed increasing construction organization, and proposes the suggestions of taking two days as a construction period, separately blockading up and down construction sections, combining two or three stations＇ same direction to construction, and observing construction blockading points in the morning.
