摘  要:目的探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中微血管密度(MVD)与肿瘤淋巴结转移以及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的关系。方法以免疫组织化学方法检测77倒NPC组织中MVD大小以及VEGF和iNOS蛋白表达的情况。蛄果NPC组织中的MVD为15.57(38.8±11.6)。伴有淋巴结转移组、VEGF阳性组、iNOS阳性组的MVD均分别高于无淋巴结转移组、VEGF阴性组和iNOS阴性组(P〈0.05)。蛄论NPC组织中MVD的增高与肿瘤的淋巴结转移有密切关系,井与肿瘤组织中VEGF和iNOS蛋白表达的有密切关系。Objectlve To explore the relationship of microvessel density (MVD) with lymphoid metastasis, the expression of vascular cell endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine MVB, the expression of VEGF and iNOS in 77 eases of nasopharyngcal carcinoma (NPC) . Results The MVD of NPC was 15 - 57(38.8 ± 11.6). The MVD in the group of patients with lymphoid metastasis, positive expression of VEGF and positive expression of iNOS, was significantly higher than that without lymphoid metastasis, negative expression of VEGF and negative expression of iNOS ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The MVD of NPC is closely associated with lymphoid metastasis, the expression of VEGF and iNOS protein.
