摘 要:以短梗霉多糖和丙烯酰胺为原料制备了接枝共聚物Glcc-AM,并将Glcc-AM用于甲基红和酸性橙2种模拟染料废水的脱色处理,讨论了溶液初始pH值、染料初始浓度、聚合物Glcc-AM投加量和接枝率等因素对脱色率的影响。结果表明:Glcc-AM对偶氮染料废水具有良好脱色效果。最佳脱色条件为:初始pH值为3,染料浓度为100mg/L,聚合物投放剂量为6.0g/L,接枝率为60%。Graft copolymer Glc-cAM was synthesized by grafting aerylamide onto Pullulan. Then the Glc-cAM was adopted to decolorizate the two simulating dye effluemts,Methyl red and Acid orange. During the experiment, the effects of various factors (e.g. initial pH, initial concentration of the dye, sorbent dosage and percentage of grafting) on the adsorption behavior were also studied. The results indicated that Graft copolymer Glc-cAM was an attractive substance for removing azo dyes from dye effluemts.
