摘　　要：首先介绍继续教育和网络教育的定义以及发展现状;然后在此基础上分析网络形式继续教育的发展趋势,提出满足现代远程网络继续教育的P2P流媒体实现平台;重点叙述如何构造P2P视频平台的整体框架,使系统可以满足远程高质量的教学视频点播。Aiming at satisfying the teaching need of continuing education after China has joined WTO,a new designing frame of remote network and continuing education system is drawn based on P2P streaming media, according to the research of traditional continuing education and new technology of P2P. An introduction of definition of continuing education and current developing trend of college＇s continuing education is given. A new design of the structure of network education system based on P2P streaming media is put forward. As a result, some critical implementation details of the P2P streaming media platform are illustrated. Finally,a conclusion is drawn on the application of the P2P streaming media platform in the coming future.
