摘　　要：分析了文化差异及其对跨国企业人力资源管理的影响,并就企业实现人力资源的跨文化管理提出了几点看法。This paper analyzes on the cultural difference and its effect on the human resource management of transnational enterprises, and advances some viewpoints on enterprises＇ realizing the cross-culture management of human resource.
