四种治疗牙本质过敏方法的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的通过使用极固宁(A组)、75%氟化钠甘油(B组)、50%麝香草酚溶液(C组)和自酸蚀粘接剂(D组)治疗牙本质过敏症,观察脱敏疗效。方法将128例患者中诊断牙本质过敏的240颗牙随机分为A、B、C、D4组,分别用4种脱敏方法治疗1疗程,即刻及3个月后观察比较疗效。结果A组即刻及3个月后脱敏有效率均显著优于B、C、D组(P<0.01)。结论极固宁为相对快速,有效的牙本质脱敏剂。Objective To observe the treatment effect of four drugs on dentin hypersensitivity and to evaluate their efficiency of desensitization. Methods A total of 240 teeth from 128 patients with dentin hypersensitivity were divided into four groups, and treated by the four different methods： Green Or TM （group A）, 75% sodium fluoride glycerin （ group B）, 50% thymol camphor （group C）, self-etching bonding agent （group D）. The effects of the four different methods were compared with one another. Results The curative rate of group A was signifcantly higher than those of other three groups （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Green or TM is a rapid and effective dentin desensitizer.
