载脂蛋白B、E基因多态性与浙南几种常见疾病的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨载脂蛋白B、E(ApoB、E)基因频率与浙南地区几种常见疾病的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)技术,检测浙南地区41例Ⅱ型糖尿病、68例高血压病、26例冠心病、40例脑出血、40例脑梗死、23例再生障碍性贫血患者和60例正常人的ApoB、E基因的多态性。结果:Ⅱ型糖尿病组ApoB基因X+,E-等位基因频率高于正常对照组(P<0.05),再生障碍性贫血组X+,E-等位基因频率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。冠心病组X+等位基因频率与正常对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死组、冠心病组和高血压病组ApoE基因ε4等位基因频率较正常组增高(P<0.05)。结论:ApoB、E基因多态性与浙南地区几种常见疾病有密切的相关性,可作为危险因子来早期预测疾病的易感人群。Objective：To investigate the relationship of Apolipoprotein B. E （APOB. E） gene polymorphism and several common diseases in population of southern Zhejiang. Methods：Using the technique of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP）, ApoB, E gene polymorphism was detected in 41 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （DM）, 60 patients with hypertensive disease （HD）, 26 patients with coronary artery disease （CAD）, 40 patients with cerebral infraction （CI）, 40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage（CH）, 23 patients with aplastic anemia （AA） and 60 control group. Results：The numbers of allele X^＋ and E^- of ApoB were higher in patients with DM （P〈0.05） and significantly higher in patients with AA （P〈0.01）than that in control group. The number of allele X^＋ of ApoB in patients with CAD was obviously more than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The frequency of allele e4 of ApoE in patients with CAD, HD and CI were more than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： ApoB,E gene polymorphism as the risk factors are greatly related to these diseases in southern area of Zhejiang Province, so we can detect the susceptible population in the early time of these diseases.
