摘 要:目的:探讨KAI1和P53蛋白在滋养细胞疾病中的表达及与滋养细胞肿瘤侵袭的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测正常早孕绒毛组织及滋养细胞肿瘤组织中KAI1和P53蛋白的表达情况。结果:①KAI1在恶性葡萄胎及绒癌中的表达与正常早孕绒毛及葡萄胎比较明显下降(P<0.05),KAI1的表达与滋养细胞肿瘤患者的年龄和浸润情况相关(P<0.05);②P53在恶性葡萄胎及绒癌中的表达与正常早孕绒毛及葡萄胎比较明显升高(P<0.05);③P53和KAI1表达之间无明显相关(P>0.05,rs=-0.8)。结论:P53、KAI1对预测滋养细胞的恶变,判断预后有一定的参考价值。Objective:To study the expressions of KAI1 and P53 in tissues of gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) and the relationship between KAI1 and P53 expressions and the invasiveness of malignant trophoblastic tumor. Methods: The expressions of KAI1 and P53 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical technique in GTD tissues. Results: The intensity of KAI1 immunostaining was significantly reduced in malignant cytotrophoblasts either from invasive mole or choriocarcinoma compared with normal chorion of early gestation and hydatidiform mole ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of KAI1 protein was correlated to the age of the patients and infiltration (P 〈 0.05 ). P53 was expressed more strongly in malignant cytotrophoblasts (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of KAI1 protein was not found to be associated with the presence of P53 protein in GTD ( P 〉 0.05, rs = - 0.8). Conclusion: Detections of KAI1 and P53 proteins are valuable for predicting the malignant change and prognosis of the trophoblastic cells.
