摘　　要：机体中SDF-1/CXCR4可在多方面影响肿瘤的生物学行为。促进肿瘤细胞的增殖;影响机体对肿瘤的清除;调控免疫细胞对肿瘤浸润;调节肿瘤血管新生;影响肿瘤浸润、转移。本文综述了SDF-1/CXCR4在上述方面的进展和研究成果。Stromal cell-derived factor-1 and its receptor CXCR4 can affect the biological behavior of the tumor in many waysThey can accelerate multiplication of tumor celts,affect the elimination of tumor in body,regulate immunocyte invasion in the tumor and tumor vessel neogenesis as well as affect the tumor invasion and metastasis;This article reviewed progress in this aspect.
