摘　　要：机械、电子和信息技术是现今社会中三大基础技术,是推动社会不断进步和发展的关键技术。随着计算机技术的发展,特别是微电子技术的迅速发展,三者相互融合渗透,逐渐走向集成和一体化。研究了机械、电子、信息技术在滤波功能实现中的作用,给出了一种软件数字滤波器设计方法———小波滤波器,最后提出了软硬件协同设计数字滤波器的思想。用软件使机械软件化、模块化,使机械具有更大的柔性、灵活性和更高的“智力”,很有应用和研究价值。Mechanical, electronical and information technology, which are three basic technologies in nowadays, are crucial for society＇s fast progressing and developing. With the development of the computer, especially the micro- electronics technology, the three units become integrated gradually. The function of the three in the realization of filtering is studied, besides, a software wavelet digital filter is presented,an idea of hardware - software codesign is proposed at last. Machine which is modularized and intelligentized by software is more flexible and intellectual,and has great value in study and application.
