企业整合管理体系的绩效评估方法研究

摘　　要：国内关于企业的质量、环境和职业健康安全管理体系(QMS,EMS,OHSMS)的整合已经作了大量的研究,但对管理体系运行绩效进行定量分析尚不多见。在使用二元线性回归算法中,引入“绩效曲线”模型,对质量、环境、职业健康安全整合管理体系的绩效进行量化分析,并用算例支持了模型的有效性。该模型可以对整合体系的运行状态进行客观全面的评价,为企业管理工作的可持续发展指明方向。Though a number of studies have been carried out on the integration of corporate IMS, EMS, OHMS,little has been done in the field of quantitative analysis of the performance of the integration management system. In this paper, the author not only makes use of the dual linear regression algorithm but also introduces performnce curves model to make a quantitative analysis of the performance of QMS, EMS and OHMS in the integration management system. Examples are given to demonstrate the effideney of the performance curves model, which may be used to carry out an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the performnce of the integration management,directing the sustainable development of corporate management.
