摘　　要：目的观察HuR基因在不同肿瘤细胞及非肿瘤细胞系的表达及分布情况。方法应用免疫荧光技术及半定量RT-PCR技术,检测6种细胞株(结肠癌高转移细胞株LoVo,结肠癌低转移细胞株HT-29,人乳腺癌细胞株MDA-MB-231,肝癌细胞株HepG2,人卵巢癌细胞株3AO和人脐静脉细胞株ECV304)中HuR的表达情况。结果6种细胞中HuR基因均有表达且其mRNA表达水平相当,但是在不同细胞的分布规律各不同。结论HuR蛋白在6种不同细胞中表达的部位和规律不同,为进一步研究其胞质表达的分布机理奠定了基础。Objective To study the expression and distribution of HuR protein in different tumorous and nontumorous cell lines. Methods To detect the expression of HuR with immunofluorescence and semi-quantitating RT-PCR in six cell lines （ colorectal cancer cell line LoVo and HT-29, human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231, hepatic carcinoma cell line HepG2, human ovarian cancer cell line 3AO and human umbilical vein endothelial cell line ECV304）. Results HuR was expressed in all six cells Whose mRNA have relative equal expression level, but has different distribution site in different cells. Conclusion In six different cells HuR protein expresses in different distribution and has different regulation,which establishes the base of a further research in HuR protein＇ s expression in cytoplasm.
