摘　　要：目的研究Pho-P38在B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织(BcellNon-Hodgkin’sLymphoma,B-NHL)和反应性淋巴组织增生中的表达和肿瘤增殖活性的关系,探讨Pho-P38在淋巴瘤发生发展中的作用以及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法),检测20例B细胞侵袭性淋巴瘤、20例惰性淋巴瘤、10例反应性增生淋巴结组织中Pho-P38、Ki67的表达。结果惰性淋巴瘤组织中Pho-P38和Ki67的阳性表达率分别是24.3%±13.6%,22.3%±13.2%,显著低于它们在侵袭性淋巴瘤的阳性表达率,P<0.01;Pho-P38在反应性淋巴结增生和B-NHL中的表达与Ki67基本一致,两者呈正相关(γ=0.79,P<0.01)。结论Pho-P38和Ki67的表达与B-NHL的细胞增殖和恶性程度密切相关,提示Pho-P38在淋巴瘤的恶性增殖过程中发挥重要作用,可成为药物治疗作用的靶点。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of Pho-P38 and clinicopathological characteristics,proliferation of B cell Non-Hodgkin＇ s Lymphoma （B-NHL）, Methods Expression of Pho-P38 and Ki67 antigen was studied in aggressive by immunohis-tochemistry B-NHL （ n = 20）, indolent B-NHL （ n = 20） , and reactive lymph node hyperplasia （ n = 10） . Results The expression rate of Pho-P38 and Ki67 were 24.3% ± 13.6 % ,22.3% ± 13.2% respectively in indolent B- NHL,which were significantly lower than that in aggressive lymphoma. There was a good correlation between expression of p38 and Ki67 Labeling index in NHL. Conclusion Pho-P38 is closely related to the lymphocyte proliferation activity,maturation and the malignancy of B-NHL. Pho-P38 play an important role in the proliferation of B-NHL. This provides a new medicine target for therapy of B-NHL.
