摘 要:本文选用多种弱碱性阴离子交换树脂,去除柠檬酸酸解液中、Cl-等阴离子,比较其交换容量、柠檬酸的回收率、再生性能、机械强度等。实验表明:D315弱碱性树脂的效果明显优于其它几种树脂。Many kinds of weak- base ion- exchange were selected to purify the citric acid, which was produced by the conventional calcium precipitation method and contained about 2000 ̄ 4000mg·L-1 of SO and 100mg· L-1 of Cl-. The removal of SO and Cl- ions from citric acid by four resins has been systematically studied for 30 cycles. The treatment capacity of the D315 resin for citric acid is 42bed volumes, the yield of citric acid is 99. 1 %, much greater than other resins.Moreover, D315 resin has good mechanical strength, chemical and physical stability, with lower alkali consumption during regeneration. Currently D315 resin has already been used in industry.
