摘　　要：基于特征的冲压工艺设计是以特征作为处理的核心基本单元，通过推理确定零件的加工方法。本文描述了基于特征的覆盖件冲压ＣＡＰＰ系统的框架结构；给出了工艺特征的定义，提出了基于知识的特征映射方法，描述了特征映射的实施过程；最后。Feature-based stamping process planning is to get the manufacturing processes of the part by use of reasoning techniques that regard feature as dealing cores and basic elements. In this paper, a frame structure of feature-based panel stamping CAPP system is proposed. The definition of process feature is given, the knowledge-based feature mapping approach is presented and the implemented procedure of feature mapping is described. At last, the reasoning procedure of feature-based stamping process planning is described by taking process model as operated object.
