摘 要:目的探讨高校青年教师的心理健康状况。方法采用心理健康测验量表对117名高校青年教师的心理健康状况进行评定分析。结果18.8%有轻度心理问题,0.9%有中度心理问题;25.0%青年女教师存在不同程度的心理承受力差、适应性差、情绪失调、抑郁、躯体化等心理问题,发生率显著高于男教师(13.8%)(P<0.05);41.1%文科教师心理适应差,显著高于理科教师(27.9%)(P<0.05);9.8%理科教师有敌对情绪,显著高于文科教师(1.8%)(P<0.05)。心理健康状况测验量表评定文理科教师间总分及各因子分差异均无显著性(P>0.05),女教师适应性差、抑郁因子分均显著高于男教师(P<0.05)。结论高校部分青年教师存在不同程度的心理问题,需高校决策部门应采取相应的心理干预措施。Objective To survey the status of mental health of young teachers in institutions of higher learning. Methods 117 young teachers were tested their mental status with mental healthy testing scale, the results were analyzed. Results 18. 8% youth teachers had mild mental problem, 0. 9% ones had moderate mental problem. 25.0% young female teachers had different poor psychological bearing force poor adaptability, emotion disturbance, depression, and somatization. The rate of mental problem in female teachers was obviously higher than in male ones( 13.8%). Teachers of arts had higher poor adaptability than teachers of science did(41.1% vs 13.8%), while teachers of science had higher hostility than teachers of science(9.8% vs 1.8%). The total score and every factor scores of mental healthy testing scale had no significant difference between arts and science teachers(P〉0. 05) ,but the female teachers had poorer adaptability and higher depressive score than the male ones(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Part of young teachers in institutions of higher learning exist different mental problem, should be administered relate psychological intervention.
